That for the consideratio ereinafter stated, the City agrees to incorporate the State Fairgroun s boundaries, for the purpose of law enforcement activities, into the i 's Police Department's Northwest Team Police Area. 2. That the City will provid outine police patrolling consistent with the assignment of police off' ce s and squads to that general area, and it is understood that routine a rolling is general tra�fic , supervision and building surveill nc . 3. That the City will furth r respond to the State Fair Board's request for services as the resul f specific incidents, tMey being, by way of illustration and not of li i ation, traffic accidents, burglaries, criminal damage to property and a s ults. . 4. That the State Fair Board i 1 promote and secure the cooperation of its staff, without e p nse to the City, and as is needed to successfully prosecute arrestees. 7. That this Agreement shal 1 e tor the term of eleven and one-half (11 1/2) months, commencing Septemb r 6, at 5:00 P.M., 1989 and ending August 17 , at 12: 00 midnight, 1990 . 8.
