WHEREAS, the use of interns has pr e to be a very valuable resource to the City
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOL D that beginning in 1990 each Councilmember
is authorized the use of paid interns for p o a maximum of�hours per year if funds
are available; and ?x�
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that e Director of City Council Investigation and
Research Center shall include funds for t es paid internships in the proposed City Council
Legislative budget (00001) and shall be r sp nsible for the administration of this program.
