RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and e e is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing b ha on said assessment on the 21 s t day of
September, 1989 at the hour of nine o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of S . Pa 1; that the Director of Finance give notice of said meetings,as
requiced by the Charter, stating in said notice the t' e nd place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the
amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particu ar ner to whom the notice is directed.
