WHEREAS: The Saint Paul City C nc'1 by Sections 409.08(11)(e) and
410.04(g) (5) provides ha the Council may modify off-street
parking requirements r usinesses authorized to sell
intoxicating and noni ox'cating alcoholic beverages on the
premises and that the ou cil by resolution shall establish
an appropriate fee fo th administrative processing of parking
modifications; now, th re ore, be it
RESOLVED: That the processing fe f r applications for modification of
parking requirements a s t forth in Section 409.08(11) and
410.04(g) is $335.00, lu an additional $2.50 application fee,
to be deposited with t e ffice of License Inspector and
further, that in acco an e with Section 310.16 the processing
fee each year shall in re se by the percentage increase in the
budget for the Divisio o License & Permit Administration of
the Department of Fina ce & Management Services, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this polic w'll be reviewed prior to adoption of
of the 1991 budget.

On May 9, 1989 the St. Paul City ou cil adopted the resolution for a processing
fee for Parking Modification in c mp iance with Chapter 409.08(11)(�) and Chapter
410.04(g)(5) and provided that in ac ordance with Chapter 310.16 the application
fee shall increase by the percent ge increase in the budget of the License & Permit
Division. It should be that the ro essin fee shall increase by the percentage
increase in the budget for the Di is 'on of License & Permit Administration of the
Department of Finance and Manage n Services. The application fee will remain
at $2.50 in accordance with Cha er 310.09 a 1 .
