An Ordinance amending the Ac? in strative Code by adding a section
authorizing discipline in in ta ces where a supervisor discharges ,
disciplines , threatens, othe wi e discriminates against, or penalizes
an employee who in good fait ; eports a suspected violation of any
federal , state or local law, r e or regulation; upon request par-
ticipates in a public bodies i estigation, hearing or inquiry into
an alleged violation; or ref s an order to perform an action the
employee objectively believe iolates any .federal , state ,or local
law, rule or regulation and h employee informs the employer that
the order is being refused f r that reason.

That the Administrative Cod o the City of Saint Paul be and the
same is hereby amended so a add the following provisions thereto:

and/or section number at the t 'me of the next revision of said Admin-
istrative Code.
