Voting In the Matter of improving Hoyt en e from Rice Street to Park Street with a
Ward bituminous paving, conc et driveways and outwalks, concrete curb and
5 gutter, and a street li ht'ng system.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul hav' g r eived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is he by pproved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 56,000 , financed by a se sments $16,600 and 1989 Capital Improvement
Bonds $39,400.
2. That a public hearing be had on said imp ve ent on the 7th day of SP�tPmt,p,-, ],q.gq__,at
nine ��o'clock a.m., in the Council Ch ers f the City Hall and Court House Building in the City df Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be gi n t the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of t e ' provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
