WHEREAS, the Councii of the City of Saint Paul by Resoluuon C.F_ #21063, approved on April 23,
1918 the vacation of public land in the City of Saint Faul as described in the above mentioned
resolution, a copy of said resolution is attached hereto for reference; and
WHEREAS, Saint Paul Public Works has advised that an ingresslegress easement, dedicated to the
City as a conditaon of said vacauon, is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, based upon the ingress/egress easement Certificate of Intended Non-Use, filed voluntarily
on behalf of the Saint Paul Public Warks and made part hereof by this reference and is attached hereto,
the City for itself, waives it ri;ht to said 'angress/egress easement; so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Sea 13Q.06 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code and on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby waive and release the
ingressfegress easement as described in said Certificate of Intended Non-Use; and
FURTHER BE IT RE50LVED, that upon the passage of this resolution, the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and duected to record a copy of this resolufion in the Office of Ramsey County Recorder,
and that the City Clerk sha11 maintain a copy of said Certificate of Intended Non-Use referenced in this
resolution on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

WHEREAS, the Councii of the City of Saint Paul by Resoluuon C.F_ #21063, approved on April 23,
1918 the vacation of public land in the City of Saint Faul as described in the above mentioned
resolution, a copy of said resolution is attached hereto for reference; and
WHEREAS, Saint Paul Public Works has advised that an ingresslegress easement, dedicated to the
City as a conditaon of said vacauon, is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, based upon the ingress/egress easement Certificate of Intended Non-Use, filed voluntarily
on behalf of the Saint Paul Public Warks and made part hereof by this reference and is attached hereto,
the City for itself, waives it ri;ht to said 'angress/egress easement; so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Sea 13Q.06 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code and on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby waive and release the
ingressfegress easement as described in said Certificate of Intended Non-Use; and
FURTHER BE IT RE50LVED, that upon the passage of this resolution, the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and duected to record a copy of this resolufion in the Office of Ramsey County Recorder,
and that the City Clerk sha11 maintain a copy of said Certificate of Intended Non-Use referenced in this
resolution on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
