WHEREAS, pians far Minnesota Department of ra portation (MnDOT} S. P. Number
6280-270 have been prepared by MnDOT sh 'ng proposed alignment, profiles,
gades and aoss sections for the reconstruction f I 5E from Jackson Street to the
Cayu� &idge as p�rt of its reconstruction proj I-94 between downtown
Minneapolis and dornmtown Saint Paul, and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Public Works ment has determined that some
sew►er sepazation work should be done under th St te contract in conjunction with the
freeway work, and
WHEREAS, the City negotiated an agreement e State stipulating the terms and
costs of the sewer work to be �ne by the State t a estimated cost of $38,620 for the
sewer work to be paid to the State irom Sewer , now, therefore
BE IT RES�LVED, that the City of Saint Paul o e MnDOT plans Numbered S. P.
628a-270 and approve and enter into Ageemen N mber 66108 with the State of
Minnesota far payment of the City sew� work t be one under the State cori�-act, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper C y icials are directed and authorized
to execute said agreement.
