WHEREAS , the Council ad p ed new fees for zoning and environ-
mental reviews , pursuant o sections 64.203 , 64. 206 , 64.400
and 67 . 308 of the Saint Paul L gislative Code ; and
WHEREAS , the Council h s considered amending a portion
of this Resolution C .F . 8 - 02 so as to delete the provision
contained therein which es a lished a maximum penalty of $200
to be assessed for a zoni g application made for a development
that has been built or star e without the required city permi�ts ;
now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED , that Counc 1 Resolution C .F. 89-802 , adopted
June 27 , 1989 , be and is h re y amended in the following manner:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE , that when a zoning application
is made for developme t that has been built or started
without required city pe mits and is built or intended
for an income produc 'n purpose , the Zoning Admini-
strator or Deputy Di e tor for Planning shall double
