The Division of Public Health wants to apply for these state funds for two project : a family planning service for Southeast Asians project, and a low cost/subsidized s er lization project. ADVANTACiE8 IF APPROVED: -Up to $30,000 per year will be available to co uct a specialized family planning project for Southeast Asians (utilizing male Hmong ' s uctors for natural family planning and distribution a� condoms) and a project whic w ld subsidize sterilization services for low income individuals desiring this service. -If the grant is approved, then the Board of e th would need to approve the subsequent contracts.
