WHF.RF.AS� Lois Hoffman has graciously d na ed to the Camo Conservatory the sum of
#5,000 for perpetual maintenance of two sto e enches, wrought iron plant stand with fan
back, name plaque, and begonia plant locate a Como Park Conservatory; and
WHEREAS, these monies shall be kept in a rust Fund dedicated for these purposes; and
WHEREAS, the proper City Officials are he eby authorized to accept these monies; and
WHRRRAS, the proper City Officials are au horized to disburse only the interest
derived from these monies; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor, pursuant to Sectio 1 .07.01 of the City Charter, does certify that
there are available for appropriation reven es in ezcess of those estimated in the 1989
budget; and
WHFRF.AS, Council file 277520, adopted ct ber 1, 1981 did establish certain Special Fund
Policies; and
WF(F.RRAS, The Mayor recommends the foll wi g changes to the 1989 budget:
