RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be ad on said assessment on the 8th day of
August, 1989 at the hour of ni e, o'clock .M., in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall Building, in the City o St. aul; that the Director of Fi ance give notice of said meetings,as
required by the Charter, stating in said notice the tim and place of hearing, the ature of the improvement, and the
amount assessed against the lot or lots of the part' ula owner to whom the notice is directed.
