The CouncIl of the City of Saint Paul having cei ed the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereb ap oved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 29,700 , financed by asse sm nts $25,000 City Aid $4,700. Water �

charge at the time of on truction.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improv en on the 1 Gt day pf A„g„�t, 1 9g9 ,at
nine �Q o'clock am., in the Council Chambe of he City Hall and Court Hous$Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given o t persons and in the manner�provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the pr vement and the total cost th@reof as estimated. •
