having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereb ap roved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 20�225 , financed by ass ss ents.
2. That a public hearing be had on said impro me t on the 1 st day;of A��g ,c , 1 989 ,at
nine X��o'clock a.m., in the Council Chamb s o the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be give to e persons and in the manner provided by tha Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the imp ovement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
