WHEREAS, the Council of the i of Saint Paul dopted a
resolution declaring that th s ructure listed elow with its
corresponding council file n mb r was determine to be a
"nuisance" in accordance wit C apter 45 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code; and
WHEREA5, the owners, interesled parties and res onsible parties
were ordered to either rehab' li ate or demolish this structure;
and
WHEREAS, for reasons specifi d n this resoluti n, this structure
has either been rehabilitate o demolished by he owner or
demolished by the City; now, th refore, be it
RESOLVED, the Council of the i y of Saint Paul hereby declares
that the following described t ucture is no lo ger a "nuisance" :

by the City and therefore no o ger constitutes nuisance. A previous
resolution by the Saint Paul i y Council notifi d the public that
this building was a nuisance. T e purpose of thi resolution is to
remove that designation.
