Dear Mr. Carechi :
On behalf of the Heartth ob of St. Paul, we are seeking
permission to hold Teen Dance i a portion of r facility
on Saturday and Sunday aftern o and Monday nig . The area
which we would use. for this p r se is our bar ea which is
separated from our restaurant During the peri that the
facility is used as a Teen C1 b all alcoholic verages
would be removed and put away. Alcoholic bever es would not
be returned and made availab e n the bar side ntil the club
is converted back to an adul f rmat, after all Teens have
left the facility.
While the bar side is b in used as a Teen Club, we
would continue to operate th r staurant side the facility
in a normal manner, serving 1 holic beverage to those
patrons in the restaurant wh re of drinking e. I would
emphasize that the two areas a e separate and ' stinct.
Our objective is to pr i e an enjoyable ecreational
outlet for teens, operated ' n manner consist nt with all
applicable laws and regulat 'on .
We will be happy to me t ith you to disc ss our
proposal so that we can arr v at an agreemen which provides
us authorization for this u e nd satisfies t requirements
of the City of St. Paul. W preciate your sistance and
