The Council of the City of Saint Paul having rec ive the report of the Mayor u n the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby a pro ed with no alternatives, an that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 15,450 , financed by asses me ts $14,330 and Wat Utility Aid $1,120.
Water Service connections as es ed at cost.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvem nt n the 18th day o July, 1989 ,at
' nine �S�o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers f th City Hall and Court House uilding in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the ersons and in the manner p vided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the im rov ment and the total cost the of as estimated.
