Officer Norman Berry for simple assa lt and

in the prosecutorial jurisdiction of th City Attorney; an

authority to retain a special prosec to at the request of he City Attorney
and further has the authority to fix or set the compensati to be paid, now;
therefore be it
RESOLVED, That Thomas R. Hughes s ereby appointed to the special
prosecutor for said case against No Berry, and; be it
FURTI�R RESOLVED, That the fee or such services be $ 5.00 per hour.
