WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Councillin ends to reimburse he City of
Saint Paul for the City's 1985 acquisit on of properties in t e Indian Mounds
Park component of Battle Creek Regional Pa k in the amount of $208,204.58, and
WHEREAS, the City's 1983 Capital mp ovement Bond Fund tilized to purchase
said properties was reimbursed in 1986 ro Metropolitan Coun il funds received
as a part of the 1986 Battle Creek Park Re mbursement, and th $208,204.58 is
therefore available for reappropriation
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by he Council of the Cit of Saint Paul ,
that the proper City officials are here y uthorized to execu an agreement with
the Metropolitan Council to accept said re mbursement grant, d
FURTHER RESOLVED, upon recommendat on of the Mayor and a ice of the Long
Range Capital Improvement Budget Commit ee that upon receipt f said
reimbursement grant the Capital Improve en Budget for 1988, heretofore
adopted and amended by the Council , is er by further amended s follows:
