2. That a public hearing be had on said improve en on the 1 1 th day f �yi3z.,i QQg ,at
nine�Dl�IKo'clock a.m., in the Council Chamber of e City Hall and Court Hou Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given o th persons and in the manner rovided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the ' pr vement and the total cost t reof as estimated.
