On March 8 , 1989 , a City of Saint P ul , Departm�ent f Public Works , vehicle
driven by Laura Sweney st�ruck a v h cle owned and d iven by Neil Yaeger as
it drove through the intersection a Raymond and En rgy Park Drive.
Ms . Sweney was making a left turn a d failed to see Mr . Yaeger ' s vehicle
before he entered the intersecti . As a result of the impact , ME. Yaeger 's
vehicle was damaged in the amount o $1 , 725 .87 .
