WHEREAS, by Resolution 84-1 4 , the Council o the City ofi
Saint Paul approved certain Arti 1 s ofi Incorporat ' n and By-Laws
of Cable Access - Saint Paul , In . ( "CASP" ) g and
WHEREAS, Article X , Section 3 fi said By-Laws rovides that
" ( a)ny amendments approved by th mbership shall ot become
effective until they are approve the Saint Paul City
Council " a and
WHEREAS, CASP has demonstra ed effective mana ment of
public access to cable televisio behalfi ofi the ity ofi Saint
Paul ; and
WHEREAS, CASP has proposed o mend its By-La to delete
Article X , Section 3; now, there or , be it
RESOLVED, that the Council f the City of Sai Paul hereby
approves the attached amendment o ASP; By-Laws a p�-oposed by
