EXISTING CONDITIONS:
The existing street is a typical oiled urf ce with a high crow�' approximately
32 feet with curbing on both sides i fai to poor condition wi� little curb
exposure. There are approximately 12 arge elm trees, whid would be affective
by any widening. '�

PROP05EDIMPROVEMENTS:
The ro osed im rovements woul be similar to other Com �ined Sewer and
P P P
Street Paving (CSSP) projects. La te n style lighting simil��to lighting in other
adjacent areas is proposed. The p op sed width would be �e same as existing,
approximately 32 feet. This projec wi I complete the area �'ast-West streets
as part of the Syndicate/Fairmount C SP.
TIME SCHEDULE:
If approved, a design will be prep re and added to the Syj I dicate/Fairmount
Project for construction in the fall f 1 89. Length of cons� uction will be
approximately one month. '�
