WHEREAS� Dakota County received ad itional State Job Training
Partnership Act Title III funds to pr vi e employment services to dislocated
workers from Unisys, and
�IHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul cu rently provides dislocated worker
employment services on a subcontracto b sis to Dakota County, and
WHEREAS, Dakota County seeks to in rease the existing contract budget
between the City and the County to co ti ue providing these services, now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon recommendat on of the Mayor, The Council of the City
of Saint Paul does hereby approve the Ci y's continued participation in Dakota
County's Unisys Worker Realignment an R employment program, and be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City ff cials are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an Addendum to th C ntract between Dakota County and the
City of Saint Paul, and
RESOLVED, the Mayor, pursuant t s ction 1007.01 of the City Charter,
does certify that there are available fo appropriation revenues in excess of
those estimated in the 1989 budget, a d
RESOLVED, the Mayor recommends he following changes to the 1989 budget:
