Resolution.
RESOLVED, that the Salary Pla a d Rates of Compensation Resolution be
amended in Section II, Compensatio f r Ungraded Classes, thereof, by
inserting immediately after Subsec io U, the following:

Board of Education shall be as follows:
$20.01/hr. *

The Board of Education is considered a c nt actor to the City. Therefore, according to
City regulations, the lead trades worke t possess a "Masters Certificate° to
purchase building permits. The Board o E cation requested that a new title be
established to reflect this requirement.

Replaces the title of Electrician Forem n ith a gender neutral title. Establishes new
minimum qualifications for School Distr ct positions as required by statute.

None. The budgetary impact will .be li it d to the School District. Compensation is
equal to the Electrician Foreman that he new classification replaces.

School District could not meet the re i ments of the Building Inspection and Design
