thereof having been given as prescribed by the City ha ter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons,, bje tions and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, there ore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of ain Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby dir ted and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the com leti n of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same o t City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

PROJECT:
improve Marion Street from idaho to L rp teur Avenue
EXISTING CONDITIONS:
Marion Street is an oiled street and d es not contain sanitary sewer. City water and
Northern States Power Company gas i p vided. Curb and gutter is also installed.
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS:
Sanitary sewer is proposed as the onl im rovement in this street.
ALTERNATE:
Do nothing. This would preclude gi ing the petitioners' sanitary sewer service and
force them to remain on "on-site" disp sal systems.
TIME SCHEDULE:
It will be coordinated with the Albema le/ ebraska project scheduled for 1989.
COST ESTIMATE:
Construction $ 57,700.00
