Reconstruction and detouring of I 9 by Mn/DOT makes necessary the temporary
constructio,n and/or revision of t a fic signals at the following locations:
Tenth St. and Cedar St; Twelfth S . and Cedar St; John Ireland Blvd. and Rice
St./St. Anthony Ave. ; Marion St. n Concordia Ave; Marion St. and St.
Anthony Ave. This work will be c m leted by City Forces. Agreement with
Mn/DOT will encumber Trunk Highwa unds for City provided labor, materials
and engineering.
AOVANTAQES IF APPROVED:
Traffic signal revisions will red c traffic congestion and delays that are
inevitable due to construction de o ring and bridge and ramp closures, as
scheduled by Mn/DOT. The City wi 1 be reimbursed for work done.
