RESOLVED: That application (TD #441 2) for a Parking Lot License
(to 25 cars) by Allright ar ing Inc. DBA Allright Parking
at 472 No. Robert Street, be and the same is hereby approved
with the following stipul ti ns :
1) Landscaping shall be ns alled as specified on site
plan approvaT letter at d March 2, 1989.
2) As acknowledged in yo r etter of January 13, 19�9, the
parking lot shall be av d with asphalt.
3) The parking spaces sh 11 be delineated with painted lines
on the paved surface `n ccordance with City code.
4) Any construction in e ublic right-of-way shall be to
city specifications d ompleted under a permit issued
by the Department of ub ic Works.
5) All stipulations list d bove must be completed by
January 18, 1990.

Dear Mr. Beech:
I 've attached a rough site plan f the parking lot we
discussed over the phone. We ha e applied to the License
Division for a new license here o replace old License No.
19091.
The parking lot covered by the o i inal license has since
been subdivided into three indiv d al lots. The lot detailed
in the attached site plan is the o e we're concerned with.
This lot is currently torn up du o construction at the
adjacent Junior Achievement buil i g. We hope to begin
operations here as soon as const u tion is finished and a
replacement license is granted. e would pave the lot
shortly after the asphalt plants o en in the Spring.
We plan to operate this lot as a s lf park - paybox type lot
with an "Allright" site sign and m ter installation similar
to those we use on our other lot . Please call me if you
