WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council, by its resolution
CF98-1122 budgeted $630,000.00 for purchase of the 164.5 acre CMC
Heartland property located to the north of Pig's Eye Lake, and
WHEREAS, the Council, by its resolution CF99-300 authorized
the purchase of said property for the sum of $630,000.00, and
6 WHEREAS, the City is responsible for its prorated share of
7 property taxes, closing costs and filing fees for said property
8 in the amount of $36,500.00, and
9 WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.01 of the City
10 Charter, does certify that there are available for appropriation,
11 revenues in excess of those estimated in the 1999 budget.
12 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City
13 of Saint Pau1 hereby approves the following changes to the 1999
14 budget:
