and 8, Block 2 Cole ' s Re r angement of Blocks 1 and 2 and
subdivision and enlargement of Block 3 of his Randolph Street and
Pleasant Avenue Addition to St Paul and lying easterly of 135E
between Juno and Armstrong ve ue, hereinafter described, be and
the same is hereby vacated nd discontinued as public property.
The vacated property i d acribed as follows :
Lots 6 and 7 , and egc pt part for alley, Lot 8, Block
2 , Cole ' s Rearrange en of Blocks 1 and 2 and
subdivision and enlarg me t of Block 3 of his Randolph
Street and Pleasant Av nue Addition to St. Paul ,
according to the plat he eof on file and of record in
the office of the Reg ster of Deeds in and for Ramsey
County, which lies eas e ly of the following described
line :
Beginning at a poin n the north line of the above
mentioned alley, i tant 50 feet west of its
intersection with t e east line of said Lot 8;
thence run northea t rly to the southeast corner of
Lot 17 of Block 1 s id Cole ' s Rearrangement and
there terminating.
The vacation shall be su ject to the following conditions :
1. That the vacat ' on be subject to all the terms and
conditions of C ap er 130, codified March 1, 1981 of
the Legislative od , as amended.
