The Council of the City of Saint Paul having re eiv the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
l. That the said report and the same is hereby ppr ved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ �qpTgA,g , financed by asses me ts $50,000 and Capital Improvement Bonds
$240,000. Sanitary, storm and at r connections will be assessed at cost
per connection.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improve ent n the���� day of � ,at

3. That notice of said public hearing be given t the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
