On July 19 , 1988 , claimant Anthon erding was driving his motorcycle east
an Minnehaha when he callided wit i pr.operly luminated barricades in his
lane of travel , causing him to be t own off his vehicle and injured.
Mr . Oberding incurred in excess o 1700 .00 in special damages as a result
of his accident. Our office appr v the settlement of this claim in the
amount of $1200 .00
