The restaurat ur will have the opportunity to sell their products to the general pu lic. The purpose of the Rib Affaire is to raise funds for he Minnesota FoodShelf. The competing restaurateurs wi 1 ssist in catering the charity dinner. The Series wiIl also or closely with its sponsorship�, elected officials and the medi t insure that this fundraiser is a great success. B. Entertainment The Series will make a concert d ffort to attract well-known local anc� national music artists, as we 1 as provide daily entertainment such as magicians and racing p'gs. In addition, a fabulous fire- , works display will be provided on he last evening of the event. C.
