This shall include solicit ti n for groups or organizations which exist because of an mp oyee/employer relationship in organizations which are sp nsored primarily by city funds. All donations of ny type in any amount of value shall be r c ived and processed in accordance with pro e and accepted accounting processes. B. All donations shal e received and accepted by city council ac io according to reporting rocedures establi h b the administration and a roved b th c't council. C.
