WHEREAS, The Board of Water Commissi ne s of the City of Saint Paul by its
Resolution 3915, adopted February 23, 1989, did approve a Contract
Agreement for Remote Metering System etween the Board and iche City of
Falcon Heights; and
�JHEREAS, Said Contrac�t Agreement prov de for the Board to o��n, install and
maintain remote me-cering systems n the City of Falcon Heights in
accordance with rules and regulations ad pted by �he Board; and
WHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights gr es to purchase all remote metering
systems insta1led in Falcon Heights y he Board if Falcon Heights should
convert to the purchase of water at ho esale from the Board or develop an
alternate water supply system for the r ity; and
WHEREAS, The Board reques�s that th ouncil of the City of Saint Paul
concur with Board action and approv s id Contract Agreement for Remote
Me�ering Systems; now, therefore, be t
RESOLVED, That the Council of the it of Saint Paul does hereby concur
with action �taken by its Board of Wa er Commissioners and does hereby
approve said Contrac�t Agreement for R ote Metering Systems between the
Board and the City of Falcon Heights.

The Water Utility has an opportunity to have he'r contractor, Central Installation
Company, install remote metering systems in t e ity of Falcon Heights at a very
favorable rate per installation.
