WHEREAS, the Council of the Cit o Saint Paul , by its Resolution
88-1303, adopted September 15, 1988, ap roved an amendment to the 1988 Capital
Improvement Budget whereby Mississip i iver Boulevard Capital Improvement
funds in the amount of $96,020.00 we e ransferred to the Riverview Branch
Library Rehabilitation project to ad re s the need for immediate structural
renovations, and
WHEREAS, the transferred funds re to be returned to the Mississippi
River Boulevard project by amendment to the 1989 Capital Improvement Budget
appropriation for Riverview Branch L'br ry Rehabilitation,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, b t e Council of the City of Saint Paul ,
upon recommendation of the Mayor and ad ice of the Long Range Capital
Improvement Budget Committee, that t e apital Improvement Budget for 1989, as
