WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Ci y ouncil by its Resolution 87-1791, .
December 23, 1987, appropriated $ 71 117.00 to begin the conversion of the
Lockwood, Eileen Weida (Lafayette , amline, Riverside and Mounds Park sites t
to neighborhood parks, and
WHEREAS, construction proje ts have been implemented for the Riverside
and Mounds Park sites, and
WHEREAS, the construction p oj ct for Eileen Weida Park cannot be
implemented without additional fu ds
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVE , y the Council of the City of Saint Paul , i
upon recommendation of the Mayor nd positive advice of the Long Range Capital '
Improvement Budget Committee, tha t e Capital Improvement Budget for 1987, as _i
heretofore adopted and amended by th Council , is hereby further amended in ��
