During a reinspection of the property f H using Code violations on December 12, 1988, a
large accumulation of tires was observe be ng stored in the property areas. The owner was
given an order to remove the tires but il d to comply. Additional tires were added to
the property areas.

The City will remove a potentially hazar ou accumulation of approximately 2000 tires from
the yard of this residential structure.
DISADVANTAtiES IF APPROVED:
It will cost the City approximately $500 - $7000 to remove the tires. The cost will be
assessed against the property.
