In the matter of condemning and ta ing permanent easements for utility
purposes , subject to easements o ecord and existing structureRanged22
and across the Northwest Quarter o Section 19 , Township 29 N ,
W, and the Northeast Quarter of Se tion 24 , Township 29 N , Range 23 W,
Ramsey County , Minnesota , descri ed as follows :
A permanent easement 20 fe t in width over part of Soo
Line Plat No. 2 and Gurney t eet as platted and vacated
in said Section 19. The c nt r line of the easement is
described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the e t line of Lot C , Soo Line
Plat No . 2 , 3 . 00 feet sout f the easterly elatted �and
of the centerline of West e ada Avenue , as p
vacated ; thence easterly pa a lel with and 3. 00 feet south
of said easterly extensio o the centerline of West Nevada
Avenue to the East line of ot A, Soo Line Plat No. 2 and
there terminating. The sid 1 nes of said easement are to
be lengthened or shortened o erminate on the easterly line
of said Soo Line Plat No. 2 an on the westerly line of said
Lot C , Soo Line Plat No. 2 .
Also , a permanent easement 20 feet in width over part of
Blocks 10 and 11 , Rice Str et Villas. The centerline of
the easement is described a f llows :
Beginning at a point on t e south right-of-way line of
West Hoyt Avenue , distant 8 f et Westerly of the extended
centerline of vacated Woodb i ge Street ; thence south on a
line 8 feet west of and ar llel to the centerline of
vacated Woodbridge Street to the northerly right-of-way
line of Woodbridge Street cu -de-sac. The sidelines of
said easement are to be 1 ngthened or shortened to
terminate on the northerly ri ht-of-way line of Woodbridge
Street cul-de-sac.
Also , temporary construction e s ments as shown on the map on file in
the Valuation and Assessments ivision , Department of Finance and
Management Services . Said tem or ry easements to expire on December 31 ,
1989 , or upon completion of th p oject , whichever occurs first .
These easements are in conju ct ' on with the Albemarle/Nebraska Sewer
Separation Project.
