The sid 1 nes of said easement are to be lengthened or shortened o erminate on the easterly line of said Soo Line Plat No. 2 an on the westerly line of said Lot C , Soo Line Plat No. 2 . Also , a permanent easement 20 feet in width over part of Blocks 10 and 11 , Rice Str et Villas. The centerline of the easement is described a f llows : Beginning at a point on t e south right-of-way line of West Hoyt Avenue , distant 8 f et Westerly of the extended centerline of vacated Woodb i ge Street ; thence south on a line 8 feet west of and ar llel to the centerline of vacated Woodbridge Street to the northerly right-of-way line of Woodbridge Street cu -de-sac.
