Publishing a statement ot fying employees that the unlawful manufacture, distributi n, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is pr hibited in the workplace and specifying the actions that will be ta en against employees for violation of such prohibition; B. Establishing a drug-fre a areness program to inform employees about- 1. The dangers of dr g buse in the workplace; 2. The City�s policy'of maintaining a drug-free workplace; 3.
