RESOLVED, that the rate o p for the classification of Loans
Supervisor be changed from the ra set forth in Grade 40, Section ID2, to
Grade 42, Section ID2, of the ec ical Standard Ranges in the Salary Plan
and Rates of Compensation; and e it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that th i umbent in the aforementioned position
shall be eligible for retroact e ay in accordance with the negotiated
bargaining unit agreement; and e it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that th s esolution shall take effect and be in
force on the first pay period it r the passage, approval, and publication
of this resolution.

I will also be processing a r so ution to change the rate of pay from

This action is the result of a compe sa ion study which was requestied by the Department
of Planning and Economic Development e department requested this study because this
position was not studied at the time of the comparable worth study because there was no
one in the position. Additionally, he study of this position for compensation was
agreed to in the 1988-89 AFSCME Tech ic 1 Bargaining Unit contract, with the provision
that any resulting recommendation fo a increase in pay be made retroactive to
January 2, 1988.
