WHEREAS, Dakota County has r ce tly secured State and Federal Job
Training Partnership Act Title III fi ancing to assist dislocated workers from
Unisys; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Saint P ul through the Job Creation and Training
Section of the Department of Plann ng and Economic, has successfully
implemented several Dislocated Wor er Pro�ects; and,
WHEREAS, Dakota County seeks �to subcontract with the City of Saint Paul
to provide employment services to he e workers under State and Federal JTPA
Title III Dislocated Worker fundi ; ow, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that upon the reco e dation of the Mayor, the Council of the
City of Saint Paul does hereby ap ov the City's participation in the Unisys
Realignment and Reemployment Disl at d Workers Pro�ect; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that upon the execution of the agreement between
Dakota County and the City, the F a ing and Spending Plan of the 1988
Special Funds Budget is hereby am d as follows:
