WHEREAS, THE ST PAUL POLICE DEPARTMENT DESIRES TO ACCEPT THE 1989 STATE ADMINISTERED "NARCOTICS
CONTROL/SURVEILLANCE PROGRAM" GRANT (ACTIVITY 41 7), AND
WHEREAS, THIS GRANT REQUIRES A 25� CASH CONTRI UT ON TOWARD THE TOTAL PROGRAM COSTS OF
$29,336.00 , AND
WHEREAS, THE Mayor,pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the City Charter, does certify that there are
