THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1 .
I
That Chapter 86 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code
entitled "Signing of Contracts , Deeds , Bonds , Checks" is amended
in Section 86.OI6 to read as follows :
"86.06. D rector of department of human rights ; affirma—
tive action com liance. All contracts on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul o its Board of Water Commissioners in the amount
of $50,000.00 o more shall be executed by the director of the
Department of H man Rights whose signature shall constitute an
afffrmation tha the person or entity contracted with is in
compliance with � applicable affirmative action goals and policies .
