WHEREA , the Council of the City of Saint Paul by resolution
C .F. 88-139 approved August 26 , 1g88 vacated public right-of-way
in the City of Saint Paul described as follows :
All o the alley in Block 14, Denslow' s Rearrangement
of Lot 5 , 6 , 7, 8, g, 10, 11 , 12 , Block 2 , Lots g, 10,

WHEREA , based upon the utility easement certificate of
Intended No -Use filed voluntarily on behalf of the Department of
Public Wor s and made a part hereof by this reference and filed
in the of ice of the City Clerk of Saint Paul, the City for
itself and on behalf of this department waives the right to its
utility ea ement in the vacated area as described in the
Certificate of Intended Non-Use .
NOW TH REFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 130.06 of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code and on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul , the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
waive and elease its retained utility easement in the vacated
public pro erty as specified in the Certificate of Intended
Non-Use des ribed as follows :
All t at part of the vacated alley in Block 6 , Lorena
Park �hich lies westerly of a 40-foot Metropolitan
Waste ontrol Commission sewer easement which lies from
25 .00 �,feet left and 15 .00 feet right of the following
