WHEREAS, It h s become necessary to make a change in the location for the
polling place wit in District 7, Precinct 5; and
WHEREAS, The resent polling place is not accessible to the handicapped
and no other buil ing is available for use within this respective precinct that
would accomodate andicapped voters; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, Tha for the following precinct the election shall be held at
the place designa ed outside the precinct boundary in accordance with Section
204B. 16, Subdivi ion l, Minnesota Election Laws and after approval shall be
designated as the official polling location for District 7, Precinct 5.
