RESOLVED, That the proper city officials are hereby authorized and
directed to xecute a written agreement with the Great Plains Zoo and
Aquarium, Souix Falls, South Dakota, and said agreement providing for
the donation by the City of Saint Paul to the Great Plains Zoo and
Aquarium of one (1 ) female Jaguar born at the Como Zoo on February 12,
1974 and loaned to the Great Plains Zoo and Aquarium on January 9,
1975. Said aguar having no monetary value and not being a species of
large, exoti cat currently exhibited at Como Zoo nor planned for
exhibit in the future is hereby declared surplus to the needs of the
City of Sainit Paul .
