WHEREAS, The C ncil has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully consi ered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That he Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper ity officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESO VED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred ther in and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

You previou ly received a public hearing notice regarding the
Syndicate/F irmount storm sewer, paving and lighting project
(File 18511 and 1�3512 ) which will be put in place during the
constructio� season of 1g89.
St . Clair A enue is included in this project but as an Aid Street
would not b subject to assessment . However, Green Lantern
Lighting wi 1 also be installed at a reduced cost of �3 . 00 per
foot .
Lighting wa scheduled to be included on St . Clair from the
. initiation f this project . It was stated as such at the
neighborhoo meeting before the Council hearing . However ,
lighting on St . Clair was not included on the original order that
was approve�l by Council , so the City must , by law, now hold a
hearing for approval .
