Voting In the Matter of constructing sanitary, storm and water service connections,
Ward if reque ted by the property owner, for the Minnehaha Avenue
6 & 7 Street improvement project.
The Council of th City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said re ort,hereby resolves:
1. That the said r ort and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ �financed by assessments.

2. That a public he ring be had on said improvement on the day of ��''� 1989 ,at

time and place f hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
