WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportetion for the State of
Minnesot� has repared Plans, Speciet Provisians �nd Specificetions for
the constructi n af new MARSHALLILAKE BRIDGE N0. 62482 for
improvement of Marsh�lt Avenue, farmer]y Trunk Highway 212 within the
corporate limit of the Gity of Saint Paul fram the West Corporate limits
to Otis Avenue;
. AND WHER AS, said improvements include reconstructian of 1084 ft.
af Mississippi iver Blvd. at end edj�cent to Marsh�ll Ave. according to
Agreement No. 5403;
BE IT R SOLVED, that seid Plans, Special Provisions �nd
Specificetions or the improvement of Marsh�ll Aue. �nd Mississippi River
Blvd. within sa d corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved
including the e evations and gred�s as shown, and consent is hereby giYen
ta any and a11 c �nges in grade accasioned by s�id construction.
BE IT FUR HER RESOLVED, th�t the City does hereby agree to require
the perking a all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the
corporate limi s of said City, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with
the curb �dja ent ta the highway, and at leest 20 feet from any
crossw�lks on 11 public streets intersecting s�id trunk highway.
